SALVADORA CABRERA de RAMOS OF PONCE

I am researching info on my Grt-Grt Grandmother, Salvadora Cabrera, husband was Ramos (don't know first name) I know she lived in Santa Isabel, Calle Mesina around 1910, however, she later went to Ponce.  Can someone help me regarding how I can obtain any information or where to look?  Also, her husband last name Ramos.  Other family at the time was: Adolfina and someone named Julia Bernard; granddaughters.
